About FCSI
Forensic Cleaning Services Ireland was formed by Brendan Reilly and Micheal Holahan in 2011.
Prior to establishing their own company Brendan and Micheal had previously spent over 10 years working in the fire and flood damage restoration industry in Ireland.
They decided to diversify when they identified a gap in the Irish market for a specialist cleaning and restoration firm.
They gained the required qualifications and training needed to deal effectively with the most difficult and demanding aspects of their jobs.
For instance, some of the tasks that they can undertake include; crime scene clean up, body fluid removal, decomposition restoration. Hypodermic needle collection, removal of contaminated flooring, deodorizing, chemical and equipment purchasing. In addition, they also offer full health and safety risk assessments.
FCSI offer a nationwide emergency call-out service, our opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8AM to 6PM and Saturday’s from 9AM to 4PM. We work with a diverse range of business services from the Garda’s Forensics team to local authorities, insurance companies to landlords.
Crime Scene Clean-Ups
Crime scene clean-ups involve painstaking work to detect and disinfect. FCSI completely remove all traces of bio-hazardous materials. Removal of blood, bodily fluids, tissue and bone matter, contaminated clothing and household goods. Similarly, the disposal of hypodermic needles, razor blades and other items that pose a risk of injury or infection.
It is a job that demands compassion and sensitivity when working with crime survivors and family members affected by the tragic situation.
